1. About these terms

Vibes We Bring (“VWB”, “we”, “us”) is a music and culture brand based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using vibeswebring.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

Specific events and products may have their own conditions, for example ticket terms or venue rules. Where those conflict with these terms for that event or product, the specific conditions apply. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal data and forms part of these terms.

2. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful, personal purposes. You must not:

• use it in a way that breaks UAE law, including the laws on cybercrime, public morality, defamation and the rights of others;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or its forms, introduce malicious code, or interfere with its operation;
• submit false, misleading or automated registrations, or use another person’s details without their permission;
• copy, scrape or republish the website’s content for commercial purposes without our written permission; or
• use the website to send us or others unlawful, abusive or harassing material.

We may restrict or block access if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

3. The community list

The community list is for people aged 21 or over, and you confirm this when you register. You must give accurate details, and only your own. Joining the list is free and does not create any right to tickets, entry, guest-list places or discounts. First access to announcements is a courtesy and not a guarantee of availability.

You can leave the list at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our messages or by emailing us. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.

4. Event information

Information about events on this website, including dates, venues, line-ups and prices, may change. An event is confirmed only when we announce it on this website or our official social media accounts with a date and venue. Until then, nothing on the website is an offer to sell a ticket or a promise that an event will take place.

Tickets are sold only through the official channels we publish. We are not responsible for tickets bought from unofficial sellers, which may be invalid or refused at the door.

5. Tickets, cancellations and refunds

Each event’s ticket terms will state the price in UAE dirhams, what the price includes, any age or identification requirements, and the refund position. Subject to those terms and to your rights under UAE consumer protection law, which we do not seek to restrict:

• if we cancel an event, we will offer a refund or a transfer to a rearranged date, as the ticket terms explain;
• if an event is moved or its line-up changes, we will tell ticket holders through the channel they used to buy; and
• tickets are personal to the buyer and may not be resold above face value or for commercial gain unless the ticket terms allow it.

6. Attending our events

Our events take place in licensed venues in Dubai and are subject to the licences, permits and rules of the competent authorities and of each venue. By attending an event you agree to the following.

• Age and identification. Each event has a minimum age, which we publish. You may be asked for valid photo identification as proof of age and identity, and you may be refused entry without it. Alcohol is served only by licensed venues and only to people who are of legal age.
• Respect UAE law. Illegal drugs and controlled substances are strictly prohibited. Possessing or using them is a serious criminal offence in the UAE, and we will refuse entry or remove anyone involved and may report them to the authorities. Behaviour that is indecent, abusive, threatening or discriminatory is likewise not tolerated.
• Respect other guests. You must not photograph, film or share images of other guests in a way that invades their privacy. UAE law treats the unauthorised taking or sharing of people’s images as a criminal offence.
• Safety and security. You must follow the instructions of our team, venue staff and security. Bag checks and searches may be carried out as a condition of entry, and certain items may be prohibited. Capacity, emergency and safety rules of the venue take priority.
• Right to refuse entry or remove. We and the venue may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who breaks these terms or the law, or who appears unfit to attend safely. If this happens because of your conduct, no refund is due.
• Lost property and personal items. You are responsible for your belongings.

7. Photography and filming at events

Our events are photographed, filmed and recorded. UAE law requires consent before a person is photographed or filmed or their image is published, so entering any Vibes We Bring event, whether you hold a paid ticket, are on a guest list or enter free of charge, is an express opt-in and your consent to being photographed, filmed and recorded, including your image and voice. If you do not consent, please do not enter. We display clear signage at the entrance to the venue and repeat the notice on our event information.

You consent to our using that material, and to the venues, partners and service providers who help us produce and promote our events using it, anywhere in the world and with no fixed end date, to document the event and to publish and promote it on our website, on social media and in other promotional and advertising material, online and offline. The material may include identifiable people and may be used prominently, including in advertisements, without asking for further permission.

We do not photograph or film people in private areas such as toilets and changing areas, and we do not publish or alter any image or recording with the intention of harming, mocking or defaming a person. You may withdraw your consent as described in section 4 of our Privacy Policy, which also explains how the material is handled as personal data. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under UAE law that cannot lawfully be waived.

8. Merchandise

Vibes We Bring merchandise, including the items shown on this website, is not currently on sale. Any statement about merchandise is a statement of intention and not an offer. If we begin to sell it, we will publish the price in UAE dirhams, including VAT where it applies, the delivery terms and the returns terms before you buy, in line with UAE consumer protection and e-commerce law.

9. Intellectual property

The Vibes We Bring and VWB names, logos, designs, text, graphics, photographs and other content on this website belong to us or to those who license them to us, and are protected by UAE and international intellectual property law. All rights are reserved.

You may view the website, and share links to it and to our social media posts, for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not otherwise copy, adapt, distribute or use our content or branding without our written permission. Artists, photographers and venues named or shown remain the owners of their own names, marks and work.

10. What you send us

Do not send us material that you do not own or are not entitled to share, or that is unlawful. We will not publish anything you send us, such as a photograph, without first asking your permission and agreeing how it will be credited.

11. Links to other websites

The website links to third-party services, including Instagram and TikTok. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

12. Availability and accuracy

We take reasonable care over the website, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that every detail on it is complete or current. Please check the official channels for the latest information about any event.

13. Our liability

To the extent UAE law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, opportunity or reputation, arising from your use of the website or attendance at an event, and we are not liable for events outside our reasonable control, such as the actions of authorities, severe weather, power or venue failure, or the unavailability of an artist.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under UAE law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our fault, for fraud or intentional wrongdoing, or any right you have as a consumer.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website or attendance at our events, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it directly. If it cannot be resolved, the competent courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory right you have to bring a complaint to a competent UAE consumer or regulatory authority.

These terms are written in English. If a court or authority requires an Arabic version, the Arabic version prepared for that purpose will apply to that proceeding.

15. General

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These terms and the documents they refer to are the whole agreement between you and us about the website. We may update them from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest revision, and continued use of the website after a change means you accept it. Changes do not affect tickets you have already bought, which stay subject to the terms in force when you bought them.
